Cancellation of any order prior to despatch of material from stores is allowed however cancellation after despatch of material from stores will not be entertained. Cancellation request has to be made within 24 hours and we will arrange to refund the amount within 7 to 10 working days if payment is already been done.
Refund is allowed in case of valid reasons subject to discretion of the company policy. Refund or store credit will be provided within 7 to 10 working days.
For the request to be considered:
Please raise a return request with our customer care team within 24 hours of receivingthe shipment
The item should be returned to us in its original condition with tags and packaging intact within 7 days of raising a return request
Allow us 3 more days to get back to you on the return status
Once it passes our quality check, we shall confirm you for the refund / exchange/ store credit.
Custom duties and taxes will not entertain.
If the costume doesn’t fit you: you can send it back to us for alterations. There will be no extra charges for alterations thoughthe shipping charges will have to be borne by you.
Please note no returns shall be accepted because of color and description discrepancy.
Never send back an item without consulting us. It’s very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.
If there is manufacturers defect –
We will do free alterations & modifications. We will bear the shipping charges
Or send free replacement if not possible to repair. We will bear shipping charges
If replacement is no longer available then we will request you to choose some other alternative itemfrom our website.
No refund can be issued under any circumstances.
We will request the customer to ship back the item to us in India for alterations at our cost or arrange a pick up from their address and send them back after correction or if not possible to correct then ship replacement item with no extra cost to the customer.

A customer must place an order keeping in mindthis minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received.
